Mr Anthony Bochrinis
On Thursday 23 July from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, we will warmly welcome all Year 10 students and families to our Year 10 Information Evening. All Year 10 students and their parents or guardians are strongly encouraged to attend, as we will provide important information regarding the subject selection process. Until then, I encourage you to thoroughly explore the Year 11 2027 Subject Selection Package, which will be shared at the start of next week, to begin learning about the many options and pathways available to St George’s students. This is an exciting process, and we look forward to supporting you through it.
Congratulations to our Year 11 and 12 students who participated in the Semester One ATAR examinations over the past two weeks. Students will receive their results during Weeks 7 and 8, along with feedback on how they can best improve before their next set of examinations from their teachers. I encourage them to listen carefully to this feedback so that they can continue to improve
At the end of this term, Year 11 and 12 ATAR students will have access to their 2026 Semester One Predicted ATAR, which will be available on SEQTA Engage and SEQTA Learn under Reports. This provides a valuable opportunity for students to reflect on Semester One and make any necessary adjustments to their study strategies for further academic success in Semester Two.
We are pleased to confirm that Semester One academic reports for all students in Years 7–10 will be accessible via SEQTA Learn and SEQTA Engage from 3:00pm on Tuesday 30 June.
With Semester One course marks now available, Year 11 students are now able to apply for course changes for Semester Two. Interested students can collect an application form from the Dean of Teaching and Learning office on Level 1 WS, or from the Associate Dean of Teaching and Learning on Ground Floor MS. Students should also consult with academic staff regarding any potential course changes that they are considering having completed their first semester.
Please note that applications can be submitted and will be processed from today until Wednesday 22 July, which is Term 3 Week 1.
