CSEF  Applications

CSEF applications close for 2026 on the 30th of June.

CSEF forms can be collected from the school office. These are for valid health care card owners (not Medicare). 

School Saving Bonus Balances 

Please note that School Saving Bonus balances are unfortunately not visible in the Compass portal, as the systems we use do not integrate. 

If you would like to check your balance, you’re welcome to email or call the school.

Break Times

Prep, 2, 4 & 6

Recess eating: 10.55 am to 11.05 am

Recess outside: 11.05 am to 11.23 am

Lunch eating: 1.25 pm to 1.40 pm

Lunch outside: 1.40 pm to 2.08 pm

Grade 1, 3 & 5

Recess eating: 9.55 am to 10.05 am

Recess outside: 10.05 am to 10.23 am

Lunch eating: 12.25 pm to 12.40 pm

Lunch outside: 12.40 pm to 1.08 pm

*Students will not be able to be collected during these recess/lunch outside times

*Please also advise the office when you are picking up children early from school.

Early Leavers/Pick-ups

If you want to pick up your child/children early from school, we encourage parents to let the school office know in the morning so we can notify the classroom teacher and so we do not have to disrupt the classroom learning time. 

Lunch Orders:

You can order a Lunch Order through the Spriggs Schools app. This is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Fridays.

If your child has a lunch order, please ensure a snack is provided for them for the recess break. 

School Beanies, Scarves, Hats & Reading Satchels

Students will need to wear a TRPS hat in Term 1. 

Hats can be purchased from the school office for $19.

Reading Satchels are $14 and can also be purchased from the school office.

Tarneit Rise PS Second Hand Uniform & Salvos Tarneit                   

We would like to share with our school community that we have partnered with The Salvos Store, located at 4/640 Leakes Road, Tarneit, to support our second-hand uniform sales.

Due to a significant volume of lost property that is unnamed, we will be donating all second-hand uniform items to The Salvos store on Leakes Road and directing families there to purchase items as needed. Availability will depend on current stock.

At present, there are limited numbers of short- and long-sleeve polo tops available; however, there is an abundance of jackets and jumpers.

We would like to sincerely thank The Salvos for their support and collaboration. We encourage families to visit the Tarneit Salvos store if you are looking for second-hand uniform items for your child.
