Wellbeing at Home with The Resilience Project
As we head into the holiday break, we encourage families to continue supporting their child's wellbeing through simple, meaningful conversations and activities at home.
One way to do this is by having regular GEM Chats with your child. GEM stands for Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness—the key principles that help build resilience, positive relationships and emotional wellbeing.
Families can also access a range of free activities, videos and wellbeing resources through the Parent TRP Hub or by scanning the QR code :https://at-home.theresilienceproject.com.au/kids/
The Parent TRP Hub provides practical and engaging ways to explore wellbeing together as a family and continue the important learning taking place at school.
Lastly, we have included a link to a free resilience e-book if you require further support in building resilience habits with your children.
We wish all of our students and families a safe, relaxing and enjoyable holiday break. We look forward to seeing everyone refreshed and ready for another fantastic term.
Thank you!
Bianka and Vicky
