Emmaus Parish – An Exciting New Chapter

This week, our parish community received the wonderful news that the Archbishop has formally approved the amalgamation of the Brunswick Moreland Catholic Community parishes, paving the way for the establishment of Emmaus Parish, Brunswick Moreland, from 1 August 2026.

This is a significant milestone in the life of our parish and school communities, bringing together St Ambrose, Our Lady Help of Christians, St Joseph's and St Fidelis' under one parish family. The article also outlines future plans for parish life, governance, community engagement, faith formation, outreach initiatives and the development of parish facilities.

We encourage all families to take the time to read the full article in the Religious Education section of this week's newsletter to learn more about this exciting journey and the opportunities for parishioners to contribute to shaping the future of Emmaus Parish.

As a school community, we look forward to continuing our strong partnership with our parish as we embrace this new chapter together.

Teeth on Wheels Dental Van Visit

Teeth On Wheels will be visiting our School for dental check-ups starting on July 21st 2026.

We understand that dental visits can feel intimidating for children, which is why Teeth On Wheels makes oral health education both fun and engaging. When children enjoy their experience with the dentist, it sets a foundation for positive oral health habits that last a lifetime. Fun, hands-on activities help children develop good habits like regular brushing, flossing, and understanding the importance of healthy teeth. This enjoyable approach not only reduces fear but empowers children to take ownership of their oral health. By creating a positive experience at an early age, we are setting the stage for healthier smiles and stronger habits throughout their life.

To ensure your child is part of this visit, please complete the consent form by clicking the link below:

Complete the consent form HERE!

The cut-off date for completing your child’s form is July 14th 2026.

For any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the Teeth On Wheels team at (03) 9338 1191.

Have a lovely term break
