Chamber Strings performance at the Victorian School Music Festival

Chamber Strings performed at the Victorian School Music Festival at Hawthorn Town Hall earlier this month. It is a great opportunity for our students to perform in a beautiful venue, hear students from other schools perform and receive feedback for their performance.

Fitzgerald and Ellington Recording Sessions.

Recording engineer Brent Quirk joined us to run live recording sessions with both The Fitzgerald Band and The Ellington Band.

Guided by ensemble leaders Pat Broadbent and Paul Van Ross, our students brought incredible focus, skill, and energy to every take. It was a fantastic and unique experience for everyone involved.

Huge thanks to Brent Quirk for bringing his expertise to our school, and congratulations to all of our student performers on an outstanding day of music-making. Final tracks coming soon.
