Abbi Church – Class of 2015

At school:

• Selected in various sporting teams for EHS – Netball, Touch Football, Cross Country, Athletics, Hockey
• State championship selections for Netball and Touch football. 
• Completed Year 12 HSC achieving bands 5 & 6 in all subjects.

• Post school:
• Captain of Australian Oztag Team – Trans Tasman Tour in Auckland 2016
• Captain Australian Oztag Team – World Cup 2018
• World Cup winner.
• Completed Bachelor of Health Science (Paramedicine) in 2018 at WSU – graduated with distinction. 
• Dean’s Merit list honours 2016-2017
• Academic Excellence award 2018
• Started working fulltime with NSW Ambulance 2019 – currently work in SWS Campbelltown station; spent 6 months working rurally in Crookwell post finishing trainee year. 
• Completed Masters in Critical care (Paramedicine) 2021 – graduated with Distinction
• Country representative selection for Rugby League 2022
• Winner of City vs Country representative game. 
• Contracted Parramatta Eels NRLW 2021-current. 
• A part of the inaugural team – 1 of 2 remaining original squad. 
• Grand finalist 2022
• Eels NRLW Player of the Year 2023
• Vice Captain 2024 
• 25 NRLW games – milestone 2024. 
• Selection for Prime Ministers 13 Australian Rugby league team 2023 vs Papua New Guinea in PNG.
