NEEDING COMMITTEE MEMEBERS
Dear Parents and Caregivers,
Mazenod College offers a variety of weekend and weekday club sports for your son/s to participate through our parent run sporting clubs.
These clubs are run by parents who regularly sacrifice their time and energy to coach/manage/assist the club teams. Without their efforts, we would not be able to offer the range of sporting competitions and their help enables the boys to develop their skills and love of their chosen sports. The College clubs always welcome new faces to join the committees and many other areas.
The Mazenod/SBC Junior Basketball Club are seeking keen people to take on the roles of:
- President
- Registrar
If you are interested in assisting the club in this role for 2025 can you please email your interest to MJBC President Mr Brett Scarey president.mjbc@gmail.com.
If we are not able to get these positions filled it may mean the club will not be able to provide students and families with as many playing opportunities.
SEASON 1 TROPHIES READY FOR COLLECTION
For all team managers/coaches for both Mazenod and St Brigid's teams, your Season 1 trophies are ready for collection, if you have not already received them. For the Mazenod teams they are available from Mazenod Reception and for St Brigid’s teams, they will be available from St Brigid’s College front reception.
Please note the winner of the "Coaches Award" is up to the coach and the "MVP Award" can be selected by the coach, the manager, the team itself or you can use the statistics for the highest scorer, attendance etc.
