FRESH PASTA MAKING LESSONS

During Week 8, Year 8 students learning Italian rolled up their sleeves for a hands-on pasta-making experience that brought their language learning to life - literally and deliciously! As part of their unit on describing themselves, others and their interests and skills in Italian, students explored the art of making fresh pasta while reflecting on personal strengths and cultural connections. The activity offered more than just a taste of Italian cuisine - it highlighted how food can foster shared experiences and deepen understanding, reinforcing language skills in a fun and flavourful way.
