Sports News – Divisional & Regional Athletics
Over the past two weeks, our students have represented Sacred Heart with pride at both the Divisional and Regional Athletics Carnivals.
At the Divisional Athletics held at the Bill Eaton Athletics Track in Wangaratta, 38 students competed across a range of track and field events. Our athletes showed great determination, teamwork and school spirit throughout the day.
Congratulations to the 17 students who progressed through to the Regional Athletics in Albury last Friday. Competing at this level is a fantastic achievement, and our students once again demonstrated impressive skill and sportsmanship on the big stage.
We saw some amazing performances from these 17 students, and we are very excited to see 9 of our students progress through to the State Athletic Carnival in Melbourne on Thursday 6th November.
