Principal's Report

It has been a wonderful term, with students engaging in a wide range of activities both in and out of the classroom. The term began with the exciting news that our students achieved the best NAPLAN results in the College's history and has continued with success across many areas, including State sporting titles, cross country, art exhibitions and a variety of outstanding performances.
Goodbye and Good Luck
This week we said farewell to Adam Slater, who has been appointed Principal at Mornington Secondary College.
Adam joined our College in 2018 and, during his time here, established a range of programs and structures that have supported our students both in and out of the classroom. He will be greatly missed, but he leaves with our sincere thanks and best wishes. We are excited for both Adam and the Mornington Secondary College community as he begins this next chapter.
We are currently recruiting for the position of Assistant Principal (Student Operations), with applications closing on 15 July.
End of Semester Performances
Our Performing Arts students recently delivered an outstanding series of performances both at school and in the wider community, including the Vocal Soiree, Dance Night, Junior Showcase and a number of performances at local primary schools.
The next major event for many of these students will be the regional Wakakirri Performance Night at the Frankston Arts Centre on Tuesday 11 August. Tickets can be purchased via:

Community Fund Raiser
As many of you are aware, our community was recently affected by a tragic event. Members of our community have established a GoFundMe page to support the family during this incredibly difficult time.
