School Night Market Proposal

Community Events and Fundraising Committee (CEFC)
CPS Market Night Term 3 – Thursday 18th September (proposed date)
The CEFC would like to propose a new event, we are seeking expression of interest (EOI) from our families and the wider Craigieburn Community.
We would like to launch an annual School Market Night. Our aim to provide a market that offers an opportunity for our school community to come together with live music, variety of food stalls and artisan stalls offering a range of handmade goods, crafts, jewellery to clothing and household items. The plan is to have a sausage sizzle run be CEFC Parent Volunteers, Dunking Machine (dunk a teacher), Art Work Gallery, Raffle prizes and much more.
If you or someone you know would be interested in running a Stall at our CPS Market Night for a small fee between $10- 15 dollars per stall or donating new/unopened gift /goods (books, household /camping items, vouchers) towards our Market Night Raffle please complete the attached EOI link attached
All EOI will need to be submitted before Monday 18th August.
We are seeking the following stall operators:
- Food stall operators
- Musicians – live
- Artisan Stalls
- Handmade Products: The primary characteristic is that the items are made by the stallholder.
- Australian Origin: Stalls often emphasize the use of locally sourced materials and products.
- Unique and Creative: Artisans are known for their creativity and skill in crafting unique pieces.
- Direct Connection: Buyers can interact directly with the makers, often learning about the process and materials used.
- Variety of Items: Stalls can offer a wide range of handmade goods, from crafts and jewellery to clothing, food, and household items.
