Student Voice & Agency

The Student Voice Team is back for 2026 after an exciting debut in 2025. This year, we are bringing together students from a range of year levels to share ideas and help shape our school community. This group is separate from the SIRC, but is led by our three Year 11 Vice Captains; Heath D., Lena H., and Ceili A. Our focus is on amplifying student perspectives and creating meaningful change.

At our first meeting this month, students discussed key areas of the school they are passionate about improving. From this, the team has organised its work into three main portfolios:

• School Facilities

• School Culture, and 

• SELF

Each group has begun brainstorming ideas and identifying priorities, with plans to revisit these and develop clear next steps early next term.

We are looking forward to seeing these ideas come to life throughout the year. Any students interested in getting involved in Student Voice are encouraged to speak with a Year 11 Vice Captain or Mr Turner.
