The PFA are thrilled to share some exciting news with you all. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of the Uniform shop and PFA Volunteers, we are delighted to announce the successful approval of several grant proposals, valued at over $20,000, aimed at enriching the educational experience within our school.

Here’s a glimpse of the exciting projects that will be coming to life:

  • New dictionaries and magazine subscriptions for the languages department: Enhancing language learning and cultural enrichment for all students.
  • Tennis Nets: Promoting physical activity and sports participation. A new Virtual Baby for the Healthy Habits & Healthy Minds Students: Innovative hands on learning to promote responsible parenting.
  • Laser Cutter for the Technology Department: Advancing students’ skills in design, engineering and fabrication through cutting-edge technology.
  • Music for the aerobics program: A vital part of the program’s competition requirements.
  • Digital Microphones Headsets for the Performing Arts Department: Enhancing audio quality and performance experiences for our talented performers.
  • Contribution towards the Year 8 Entrepreneurship Program (SPARK): Empowering students with entrepreneurial skills and fostering innovation and leadership. Also, the teaching staff will be passing on the knowledge learned in future years.
  • New portable BBQ for school events: Strengthening community bonds and celebrating special occasions with outdoor gatherings.

These projects represent our ongoing commitment to providing enriching opportunities that support the development of our students. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved in the grant application process, as well as to the volunteers and the school community who have made these initiatives possible. We look forward to seeing the positive impact of these projects unfold within our school community in the coming months.
