We had our Online Safety session with kids helpline. There were some good tips and even though we know lots about it they had some new ways of thinking about things and good ways to remind us what to do in the moment. One thing we really liked was 'OK'

We have finished learning about the Age of Exploration and our incredible posters (which we are really proud of!)

Did you know...

-Portugal and Spain were early leaders in the Age of Exploration and also signed a treaty

-explorers were in search of new trade routes and lands

-one of the most famous explorers was named Marco Polo

We've started reading Tom Appleby Convict Boy and it's really great. It builds on our knowledge of convicts coming from England that we learnt about last year.

In maths we have exploding minds from working out the mode. It's fun and challenging and very satisfying when you find the answer!

We are really looking forward to our water safety excursion to Urbn Surf next week too!
