💙 Beyond Blue Round 

Our Beyond Blue Round was a wonderful day of football, community and support as we came together to raise awareness for mental health.

A huge thank you to our players, coaches, volunteers, families, supporters and umpires, as well as everyone who grabbed a sausage, made a donation or simply came along to show their support for such an important cause.

It was fantastic to see our teams proudly wearing blue and standing together to promote the message that it is okay to ask for help and that no one has to face life’s challenges alone.

A special thank you to our Club Vice President Kristy Clarke, Publicity Officer Josie De Gasperis, the Lesmurdie Saints 💚💛🖤 and the Hales family for volunteering their time and helping make the day such a success. Your generosity, kindness and community spirit are a wonderful reflection of what makes our club so special.

There was also plenty of fun and laughter throughout the day, with our players getting involved in the sack race and our Mazenod Old Boys joining in our mascot race to show their support for the cause.

The fun and excitement of the sack race was another highlight, with plenty of laughs and great sportsmanship on display. It was fantastic to see our football community coming together, having fun and supporting such an important cause.

💫Special General Meeting

Please be advised that a Special General Meeting will be held following our next Committee Meeting on Tuesday, 25 August, to consider any Life Membership nominations.

The criteria for Life Membership, as outlined in our Constitution, are:

Life Membership EligibilityA member may be eligible for Life Membership if they have:

• Provided outstanding service to the Club for at least five (5) continuous years, or
• Given special meritorious service to the Club by promoting the Club’s Objects.

Nomination Process

• Any Ordinary Member may nominate a person who meets the above criteria for Life Membership.
• Nominations must be completed on the prescribed nomination form and lodged with the Secretary.
• Life Membership nominations are considered at either a Special General Meeting or the Annual General Meeting and will be approved if passed by a Special Resolution.

If you wish to nominate a member for Life Membership, please ensure your nomination is submitted to our Club Vice President -  Kristy Clarkevicepresidentmjfc1@gmail.comprior to the meeting.
