Year 8 Step Up Day

On Thursday the Year 8s had a fantastic leadership-focussed Step-Up Day. They were supported in Outdoor Education activities on the oval by Year 12 students and participated in House Games with Senior Leaders.

At one point the boys did some environmental stewardship by running around the College picking up rubbish to create an artwork and managed to beautify our lovely campus.

There was an entertaining academic quiz at the end of the day for House points, and some learning was even achieved.

Overall, the feedback included the terms “fire”, “tuff” and “mint” which are single syllables because they were so tired by the end of the experience.
