Design & Technologies

Foundation students will be following instructions to make and create things for paper. 

Junior students are finishing off their unit of work on coding using the app. Scratch Junior. This is a free app. That students may like to use at home to create video games, short films or skits.  

Middle Students will use this week to brush up on their Green Screen photo editing. We have  Green room at school where students will take photos then place themselves in any background. They will use photo editing and the app. Clipchamp.  

Senior students 

Kicking off our unit of work on coding, moving parts and making cardboard part moves students will explore the Micro bit, Hummingbird sets and coding. Students will be working towards making a mini golf hole with a range of challenges they have made using cardboard and the Micro bits and Hummingbirds.

WANTED: 

 2-3 metre lengths of 4x2 timber for outside of mini golf holes.
