Welcome back to Term 4! 

We hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxing break. We are looking forward to a fantastic term filled with lots of learning, new experiences and opportunities for our students to grow and shine.

Some Reminders: 

Swimming lessons 

A reminder that our swimming lessons will begin in Week 3. 

Please ensure that all swimming items are clearly labelled with your child’s name. Students will be changing in and out of their swimming gear at school, so please make sure they bring everything they need, including: 

• Bathers 
• Towel 
• Slides or easy-to-wear footwear 
• A suitable bag to carry their swimming items 

Clear labelling is especially important to help prevent belongings from being misplaced or mixed up.

Hats 

As the weather warms up, please remember that students must have a school hat to wear during outdoor activities and play. 

We also have sunscreen available in the classroom, which students are encouraged to apply before heading outside. Please ensure your child has a hat with them each day.

Home Reading 

A reminder of the importance of continuing regular home reading. Reading each night helps students build their fluency, vocabulary, comprehension and confidence. Please remember to return reading diaries regularly so that we can keep track of students' reading at home. 

We are so excited for another wonderful term of learning and look forward to working together with our families throughout Term 4!
