Gisborne Secondary College is reviewing student enrolment information to ensure our records are accurate and up to date.

This week, you will receive an email from the College with the enrolment information currently held on file for your child. Please review these details carefully and notify us of any changes.

If updates are required, please complete the relevant sections and return it to the College as soon as possible.

This may include changes to:

• Parent/carer names or contact details
• Parent/carer employment information 
• Residential or postal address
• Emergency contacts
• Family or household arrangements
• Medical information

• Any other enrolment details

   

If parents/carers have separated, your child's living arrangements have changed, or additional parent/carer information needs to be recorded, please contact the College before completing the form. We will provide the appropriate documentation and advice to ensure records are updated correctly.
