Year 12 Major Projects
These projects and portfolios are externally marked. Students will need to complete and submit the project and portfolio by 3pm on the due date.
The above completion dates may seem far away, but they will be fast upon us, so it is vitally important that students be working on both PROJECT and PORTFOLIO consistently between now and then. As a guide, students are expected to work at least one hour a week on the portfolio.
Year 11 Hospitality Cookery
Students are now completing weekly practical assessments in their full chef’s uniform. The Certificate II requires students to demonstrate tasks and skills to industry standards.
Shoes
All students require fully covered black leather shoes to participate in the kitchens and workshops for Work Health and Safety requirements. Students in incorrect footwear are unable to participate and will be set alternate theory work in another supervised class.
Year 8 Technology Mandatory
Students will complete rotation 1 classes Term 2 week 3 and commence a new course Term 2 week 4.
