NAIDOC Week

As part of our NAIDOC Week celebrations, all students and staff participated in an engaging Indigenous cultural learning program. Throughout the session, we explored a variety of native plants and leaves, learning about their traditional uses while having the opportunity to smell and taste some of them. We also developed an appreciation for Indigenous arts and traditions through a hands-on weaving activity. The experience provided valuable insight into Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, encouraging respect, understanding, and appreciation of the rich knowledge and traditions that have been shared for generations.
