Deputy Principal's Message

Natural Systems Inquiry
Our Inquiry learning is off to a fantastic start this term, with students across all year levels enthusiastically exploring the fascinating world of Natural Systems. Through engaging discussions, hands-on investigations and rich learning experiences, students are developing an understanding of how living things, Earth processes and the environment work together as interconnected systems.
A highlight of the term so far has been the excursions undertaken by every year level. These authentic learning experiences have sparked curiosity, generated thoughtful questions and provided students with valuable opportunities to connect their classroom learning with the real world. It has been wonderful to see students so engaged as they observe, investigate and reflect on the natural environments around them.
As the term progresses, students will continue to deepen their understanding of Biological Science through inquiry and scientific investigation. They will also apply the Design Thinking Process to create innovative solutions and products that demonstrate their learning about natural systems, habitats or sustainability. We are excited to see where their curiosity leads them and look forward to sharing their discoveries and creations with our school community throughout the term.
Upcoming Parent Session | Foundation-Year 2
Have a lovely week.
