Outstanding Success in Victorian Equestrian Interschool Showjumping Series

Over the past few months, Darcy C (Year 9) and Jaxon C (Year 7) have proudly represented Gisborne Secondary College in the Victorian Equestrian Interschool Showjumping Series, competing against riders from schools across Victoria.

Following the Grand Final held a couple of weeks ago, both students achieved outstanding results:

• Darcy and Warrina Constellation – 2nd place in the Improvers Secondary class

• Jaxon and Tremayne Its All About Him – 3rd place in the Encourage Secondary class

   

These impressive individual performances contributed to an exceptional overall result for GSC, with the College finishing 11th overall out of approximately 100 schools from across the state. Even more remarkably, GSC was the highest-ranked public school in the competition.

This is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the dedication, hard work and skill demonstrated by both riders and their magnificent ponies. Congratulations to Darcy and Jaxon on their wonderful success and for representing GSC with pride and excellence. 🏇🏆
