Student Led Conferences

Student-Led Conferences - Wednesday, September 4thOur next Student-Led Conferences are happening on Wednesday, September 4th. Please note that regular classes will not be held that day, but students are expected to attend their conferences with their teachers and parents/carers.

Conference Schedule: In-Person Conferences: 12:00 PM – 5:20 PM

Online (via Teams): 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Please note: All teachers will take a dinner break from 5:20 PM – 6:00 PM. No bookings will be available during this time.

Booking Information:

Bookings open on Monday, August 12th at 5:00 PM and close on Monday, September 2nd at 5:00 PM.

Conferences are booked in 10-minute intervals. We appreciate your punctuality to ensure everything runs smoothly. 

About the Conferences: 

These conferences are student-led, and students will prepare in advance to discuss their progress, achievements, challenges, and future goals. Families are encouraged to come with any questions to make the most of the 10-minute session.

If attending in person:

Check in at Freeman House to collect a map and teacher location sheet. Tea, coffee, biscuits, and water will be available for families from 12:00 PM – 5:20 PM.
