Fairytale Fiasco

On Friday 31 July, Year 1 students participated in Fairytale Fiasco, a drama based incursion that supported our integrated unit this term exploring literacy and storytelling through the fairytales genre.

The Best Day Ever

In the hall I was looking for my buddy and I found him. I was so happy! I beat my buddy in basketball as I scored 6 points and he scored 5 points. I bought a 3D egg and a delicious snack.

The Amazing Market Day

At the market I bought a squishy, a lolly and a sticker. I also bought a surprise bag. I saw lots of buddies and most of my friends in the hall.

At the market day I bought an ice-cream and some toys. We walked around with my buddy and Veronica.

Year 6 Market

Yesterday (which was market day) the classes went to the hall.

We went there to buy things using tickets and so I bought five squishies, one bracelet, two red cloud lollies and a sticker. That was the best day ever!

A Wonderful Market Day

Yesterday, on Thursday, my school held a Market Day event.

At the market day I spun a cardboard wheel and it landed on two origamies but gave them back because they didn’t do anything!

Fairytale Day

Year 1 will conclude their study of fairytales this term with a Fairytale Day on Monday 14 September. Students have been invited to come to school dressed as a fairytale character and will participate in fun, fairytale themed activities throughout the day.
