Animal Museum

To conclude this term’s 'Wonderful Wildlife' Integrated Unit, Prep students have created an animal habitat diorama and presentation at home. 

Parents are invited to an Open Afternoon in the Prep classrooms on Thursday 17 September from 3pm to 3:30pm to view the amazing dioramas.

Swimming Program

The compulsory swimming program for Prep students is seven consecutive sessions in weeks 9 and 10 from Tuesday 8 September to Wednesday 16 September. Students will attend a 30 minute lesson each day at the Huntingtower Sports and Aquatic Centre (HSAC) Swim School in Mount Waverley. 

Please refer to the Swimming Program page in this newsletter for more detailed information, including a reminder to not order a Canteen lunch during the swimming program and provide extra brain food from home as the children get extra hungry.

Parent volunteers from each class are required to assist children get ready to return to school. Speak to your child’s teacher if you have completed the volunteer requirements and are available to assist.
