We are pleased to announce that Bundoora Primary School has been awarded the SWPBS Blue Level Award.
This recognition reflects our school’s strong commitment to implementing School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) with fidelity. It acknowledges the establishment of clear leadership structures and the consistent use of evidence-based practices to support student behaviour and wellbeing. We are proud of this achievement, as it highlights the positive impact these approaches are having across our school community.
As part of our continued work, we have introduced SWPBS fortnightly focuses to support consistency and clarity for our students.
Our current focus is: At Bundoora Primary School, we move quietly and keep voices off in shared areas to respect others’ learning.
This focus was introduced to students at last week’s assembly, and staff are reinforcing this expectation across the school.
We encourage families to support this message by discussing with your child how they can demonstrate respectful behaviour in shared spaces.
Thank you for your ongoing support.
