Grade 3 & 4

The Year 3 and 4 students have had a fantastic start to Term 1. 

Our Year 3 students successfully completed all of their NAPLAN assessments with great effort and perseverance. During this time, the Year 4 students focused on developing their narrative writing skills, creating engaging “character treasure boxes” that showcased their characters’ belongings and traits.

We also introduced our fortnightly SWPBS focus, with an emphasis on moving quietly and keeping voices off in shared spaces to respect the learning of others. Volunteers from 3/4B modelled this expectation exceptionally well at assembly, setting a great example for the rest of the school.

Across the cohort, students have been actively practicing our school values of being safe, responsible and respectful. We look forward to finishing the term on a positive note.
