Year 7 NEWS! 

Our Year 7s have made a fantastic start at Warrandyte High School in 2026! 

Already Anthony (AJ) (the former school captain at Research Primary School) has been successful in gaining a student leadership position as the Year 7 member of the Student Voice Council. It was wonderful and encouraging seeing multiple Year 7s expressing their interest for this position.  

AJ will now join one of 4 committees, (each committee is headed by one of our School Captains). Will he join the Wellbeing Committee; the Teaching and Learning Committee; the School Beatification Committee or the House System Reinvigoration/ Student Engagement Committee? Stay tuned!

Year 7 MEET AND GREET EVENING 

In mid February, on a glorious Wednesday evening, our Year 7 families, students and our Year 7 teachers and Education Support staff enjoyed our wonderful Year 7 Meet and Greet Barbeque!

It was a lovely opportunity for so many of our awesome new families to meet and chat with their child's Year 7 teachers in the relaxed environment of our barbeque. It was also a wonderful opportunity for our new families to meet the staff who will be attending the upcoming Year 7 Camp!
