Hume Region Runners Up

 

Our Year 8 Boys Volleyball team finished Runner-Up at the School Sport Victoria Hume Region carnival in Wodonga, narrowly missing out on a State Finals berth. 

 

They recorded strong wins over St Anne's College Kialla (2-0) and Yea High School (2-0), before falling to eventual champions Myrtleford P-12 College (0-2).

 

Missing key players Luke Pensak and Captain Teo Valle due to illness, the team’s best performers were Nick Jones, Angus Fraser, Noah Anderson, and Logan Wilson. This is our closest to State finish in 9 years, since the 2016 Senior Boys.
