Building Updates

Exciting Improvements to Our School Grounds!

You may have noticed that there is quite a bit of site fencing around our school again! We are very excited to share that our long-awaited Late Works Package has finally commenced.

This project will bring some wonderful improvements to our school grounds, including:

• Replacement of all timber retaining walls throughout the school
• Redevelopment of our amphitheatre
• Repairs and replacement of brick capping in the Heart and other areas of the school
• Construction of a new outdoor education area for our Year 6 students, complete with tables and seating
• And, budget permitting, an outdoor table tennis table and sensory xylophone to further enhance this new space

The works are scheduled to be completed by the end of term, and we are pleased to report that the builders are currently ahead of schedule!

While all of this exciting work is taking place, you may notice that our students have a little less playground space than usual. Some areas need to remain fenced off so that the builders can work safely and our students can be kept well away from the construction zones. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding while we manage these temporary changes.

Although there may be some short-term inconvenience, we are looking forward to seeing these spaces transformed and providing our students with improved outdoor areas to learn, play and connect.

We can’t wait to share the finished spaces with our school community!
