Celebrating Student Achievement

Congratulations Sophia and Ali!

In exciting news, our students Sophia (Year Four) and Ali (Year Six) recently competed in Judo at the Canberra International Open 2026! 

The standard at last weekend's Open was exceptionally high, with Ali competing in a division of more than 30 athletes from across Australia, New Zealand, and New Caledonia. Each match demanded focus, adaptability, and composure under pressure and at the end of the day, Ali stood on the podium as an Under 13 gold medallist for Victoria. Sophia competed in the Girls Under 9 division and proudly brought home a gold medal, displaying immense effort, courage and representing her school with pride.

Ali and Sophia's family are incredibly proud of the perseverance and maturity they demonstrated throughout the competition, as are all of us at ENPS!
