What are the PFA’s plans for Term 2?
Mothers Day
The PFA hosted another successful and heart warming Mother’s Day event this morning. Thank you to the many volunteers who assisted with this event. There were over 35 individuals who put their name down to assist. Amazing! We will have some lovely photos from this event in our next newsletter.
Thank you also to the local businesses who provided community supported prizes for the raffle - Nuski, Dobsons, Bin 3 Cafe, Coles and Bunnings.
We are also very grateful to the continued support for this event from Bakehouse Mont Albert in Hamilton Street (Formerly Bread Street, now under new management but same people, new name). Check out their socials -> Facebook and Instagram--
Fundraisers
Did you see the beautiful new outdoor tables and chairs that arrived recently. These are just some of the wonderful items the PFA fundraisers support. We have a couple of other events for this term:
Entertainment book:
If you were thinking of buying the Entertainment Membership and haven't yet, now is the time with a Buy 1 Get 1 Free promo.. Enjoy discounts on food, shopping, travel, fuel and more ☕🍲🛍️🚗🚢. Remember to choose Koonung Secondary School for your Fundraiser of choice🏫
Dumpling fundraiser: Look out for the upcoming details soon. This was an absolute hit last year.
Join the PFA Team - Secretary required
We’re looking for some fresh faces to join the PFA committee. In particular, we have an urgent need for a Secretary. Please give Andy Bee a buzz for more information on 0403 434 868.
