Wellbeing

This year, the Wellbeing Team has been running a weekly ‘Mindful Monday’ stand near S-Hub. This activity stand gives all students the opportunity to participate in a short, mindfulness activity, creating a great sense of community and positive start to the week. Activities so far have included writing a positive or inspirational quote, tracing a leaf, a nature bingo scavenger hunt and modelling small items out of air-dry clay.  Each activity has had between 30 and 100 students attend and it has been wonderful seeing students from all year levels come together at lunchtime.  We have a few other great activities planned for the rest of term, so come and check out what’s happening on Mondays outside S-Hub.
