Introducing .....Roxann Allan

I feel honoured to join the Scoresby Secondary College team, a school that values each student’s unique strengths and is committed to fostering an environment where every child is inspired to reach their full potential.

With over 20 years of experience in early education and primary education across multiple positions, as well as the invaluable insights gained from raising my three children, I bring a deep passion for supporting young people. I’m especially excited to take this next step in my journey by transitioning into the high school setting, an opportunity that allows me to engage with students at such a pivotal stage in their development and help them navigate these formative years with confidence and purpose.

I am looking forward to getting to know the students, building meaningful connections, and supporting them in both their academic and personal growth. It’s a privilege to contribute to such an important stage in their lives and to be part of a school community that empowers students to thrive with confidence.

Beyond the classroom, my life is full and rewarding. My family runs a business that keeps us busy, and I’m also currently pursuing further studies, completing a dual diploma in Community Services (Mental Health) and Counselling.

On weekends, you’ll likely find me on the sidelines cheering at my son’s soccer games, or in the kitchen baking cakes to celebrate life’s special moments something I find both joyful and meaningful.

I feel genuinely fortunate to be part of the Scoresby Secondary College community. I’m grateful to be in a role that allows me to make a difference every day.
