Extra-curricular / Steiner Fees

We are currently in the process of preparing statements and letters for outstanding extracurricular and Steiner fees.  If you could please try to have these finalised by the end of this term (June 23), that would be greatly appreciated.  If you have any questions, please contact Shirley on 9484 3254.

Curriculum Contributions

We won’t be sending statements to mainstream families for curriculum contributions however, we would urge you to consider payment for these if you have not already done so.  We can’t press enough how much of a difference this makes to resourcing classrooms in particular.  2023 budgets are fairly constrained currently, and every contribution helps.

Media and Local Walks Permissions, ICT Agreements

Consent for media and local walks are processed via Compass when you access Course Confirmation Payments>Organisation>Student Management.  Hardcopies can be accessed via Community>School Documentation>School Forms.

Reminders

• Send a note to your child’s teacher if they are being picked up early.
• Please try not to pick students up during recess or lunchtimes.
• Remember to sign in on the Compass Kiosk and get a Visitors pass if you are visiting the school during school hours.
• Students cannot be supervised at the office past 3:45pm.  Please register with TeamKids in case of emergencies.
