Hunter Career Expo
Mid this term Years 10, 11 and 12 students were given the opportunity to visit the Annual Hunter Valley Career Expo at Maitland Federation Centre to gain valuable information on possible career options and post school opportunities.
Feedback from the fifty-two students who attended the day, is that they thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and received a lot of information, resources, and knowledge out of the Career Expo. There were 104 exhibitors which included many Universities, Colleges, Institutions, and a wide range of different companies. All exhibitors have said they will be back next year with already have 6 extras wanting to come.
It should also be noted that comments from exhibitors were very positive regarding students' behaviour, interest and questions that were asked.
