Welcome to term 2!

There are a few items we would like to draw your attention to.

Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund, commonly known as CSEF, is still open for applications.  If a parent or carer is on a benefits card, you may be eligible for a CSEF payment to be made to the school.  Students who receive CSEF have $125 paid to the school by the Government, which can then be used to pay for camps, excursions and sport events.

If you think you are eligible for CSEF, and are not sure if you have already submitted a form, please contact the office and we can check those details for you.

Closing date for applications is Friday, 23rd June.

Prep Enrolments for 2024

The school is now accepting Prep enrolments for 2024!

If you already have a child at the school, and have another child who will start school next year, please collect an enrolment form from the office, complete it and return it.  This will ensure that you are provided with all correspondence and information related to students starting at Roxy in 2024.

Camps

Students from grades 4 to 6 are being given the opportunity to attend camps in August.  Only 55 students from grade 4/5 and 55 students from grade 5/6 will be able to attend.

We will be accepting the first 55 students who submit their camp form AND payment for each camp.  If you would like to have your child attend camp, but cannot afford the full payment in a lump sum, please make sure you return the form, and contact the office to discuss a payment plan.  If you arrange payments and have your form in early, your child will be considered one of the 55 students.

REMEMBER - CSEF can be used to pay for camp.

Spare Pants for Wet Days

We are asking that parents pack a spare pair of pants in your child's bag.  With the wet weather now settling in, students who get muddy/wet may find themselves needing to change their clothing.  Unfortunately, we do not have any spare trousers or pants at the school for students to change into, so a spare pair in your child's bag will save them from having to continue to wear clothing that may be uncomfortable.
