Biz - E - Kidz Update
Direct Debit starting on 14th May
Biz - E - Kidz will send out a round of statements on Tuesday 11th May before conducting the first direct debit run on Friday 14th of May.
This is to give families an opportunity to ensure that their accounts, attendances, and CCS are correct before then.

From 11th of May onwards, Biz - E Kidz will email statements fortnightly on Tuesdays and conduct a direct debit run on the following Friday.
Families should note that although we will not be charging any fees for direct debit, failed payments will incur a fee of $9.00 excl GST

Holiday Program Dates
Monday 28 June - Monday 12 July 2021 including pupil free day
Holiday program release: Monday 24 May 2021
The holiday program plan will be available via Compass by the end of the day and in the School Newsletter that week holiday.
Program bookings open: Monday 31 May 2021
Bookings can be made online through Smartcentral. Please note that you will not be able to make bookings before 7 am on the booking day.
Holiday Program bookings close: Friday 4 June 2021
Bookings can be made after this date but will be subject to availability.
Holiday program confirmations
Places in the holiday program or on the waitlist will be emailed out the week beginning 7 June 2021. Any bookings received after 7 June will be confirmed within three working days.
Holiday program deposits due and last day for cancellation or changes to bookings :18 June 2021.
Any changes, cancellations, or non-attendance after this date will incur a $30 per child per day change of booking fee.
Before school care: gate locked until 7:15 am
For security and safety reasons, Biz – E – Kidz will now keep the gate locked until they open at 7:15 am. Families are reminded that children must be bought to the door to be ‘signed in’ and must not be dropped off from the car or left unattended.
