 Athletics Day

Our college came together for a spectacular Athletics Day at the Knox Athletics Track recently, and what a day it was!

From the first race to the final relay, the atmosphere was filled with energy, encouragement, and outstanding sportsmanship.

The day kicked off with a burst of colour as students proudly wore their house colours, ready to give it their all.

Whether it was sprinting down the track, soaring through the long jump pit, or tackling the endurance of the 1500m, every event was met with determination and enthusiasm.

The field events were just as exciting, with some incredible performances in shot put, discus, and high jump, showcasing the skill and dedication of our students.

One of the most anticipated moments of the day was the Year 12 dress-up parade.

Our senior students brought their creativity to life, arriving in all sorts of costumes that had the crowd laughing, cheering, and taking plenty of photos.

It was a fantastic way to celebrate their final Athletics Day and added an extra layer of fun to the event.

What made the day truly special was the way everyone supported each other. Cheers and applause rang out from the stands as students encouraged their peers to push themselves to the finish line.

The staff vs. students relay was another highlight, with plenty of laughs and friendly rivalry adding to the fun.

A huge thank you goes out to all the staff and volunteers who helped make the day run smoothly, and to the students for their incredible participation and positive attitudes.

It was a day that perfectly showcased our school spirit, teamwork, and determination.

Congratulations to everyone involved, you truly made Athletics Day 2025 one to remember!
