YEAR 12 ECONOMICS: LEARNING THROUGH FEEDBACK || How do students get the most from assessment feedback? In Unit 3–4 Economics, students recently participated in a "matching comments" activity following their SAC. Instead of receiving marked papers with feedback attached, students worked collaboratively to match their teacher's feedback comments to specific sections of their work.
This approach encourages students to think critically about their responses, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and engage more deeply with the feedback process.
By actively analysing and discussing feedback with their peers, students develop a stronger understanding of assessment expectations and the steps needed to continue improving.
