Parents’ Association Events

If you are interested in helping with this year’s Father’s Day event and/or the Ladies’ Lunch, we kindly ask that you attend the Parents’ Association meeting on Monday 28 July at 7pm.

 

These much-loved community events rely on volunteer support. Without sufficient volunteers, the Parents’ Association will be unable to run them.

 

Term 3 – Father’s Day Event

Our Father’s Day celebration will take place in Term 3 (date to be confirmed), providing a wonderful opportunity for students and their families to come together and recognise the important role of fathers and father figures within our community.

Term 4 – Annual Ladies' Lunch

The much-loved Annual Ladies' Lunch will once again be held in Term 4. We are pleased to confirm that Natacha Van Melson will manage the venue booking for this event.

 

Parent volunteers will play a key role in making the day a success, assisting with:

 

  • Donations
  • Decorations
  • Floral arrangements
  • Catering support

Additional Items and Opportunities

A Trivia Night has been suggested as a potential future event. While not yet fully discussed or confirmed, this idea may be explored further as planning progresses.

 

In addition, we are calling for parent volunteers to assist with the Year 7 Information Evening (Thursday 15 October, 6.30 - 7.30pm). Please email beaumaris.sc@education.vic.gov.au if you are able to assist.


Join Our Meetings

Our meetings are informal and welcoming—you are always encouraged to attend, whether regularly or just once. They provide a great opportunity to:

 

  1. Meet other parents and staff
  2. Share feedback and raise queries
  3. Obtain important updates about the school from the Principal Team
