K-2 Swimming Carnival

On Thursday the 20th of November the Albury pool was host to our annual K-2 swimming carnival. The K-2 swim carnival is an accumulation of the term of hard work the students do in their swimming block in term 4. Students participated in a range of events both novelty and mainstream! However, the highlight for most was the slide!

The Year 10 Pass students again put on an excellent event for the K-2 kids, as most of them were in the water swimming events with students all day.

Our Year 2 students looked ready to graduate from the 25m Novelty events, and were looking forward to taking on the 50m events at next Years 3–6 carnival where they can potentially represent their school, region and state.

Todd Woodbridge Cup - State Championships

On Monday 10 November, eight of our students represented Trinity with pride at the Stage 3 Todd Woodbridge Cup State Championships in Parramatta. They played their hearts out, showed fantastic sportsmanship, and had a wonderful day of tennis.

While they didn’t make it through to the finals, they should be incredibly proud of their effort and teamwork. Huge thanks to Mrs Sonya McAinsh for coaching the team, and to the parents who made the trip up to Sydney to cheer them on!
