Library

We have recently sent home and emailed library book overdue notices as we currently have hundreds of outstanding books. If you cannot find a library book that has been borrowed by your child/ren, please email library@trinityac.nsw.edu.au and we will update our system to reflect it as lost. We would like to have all student library books returned to the college by Monday 8th December 2025.

With the increase in student numbers at the college, the number of books not being returned has also increased. We have not had to recover costs for missing books in previous years, however commencing in 2026 we will implement a replacement charge for lost books that exceed one per student, per year. The replacement cost will be applied to the student account for each subsequent lost book. 

My Shelf to Yours

In 2026, Year 5 students will participate in a new initiative, ‘My Shelf to Yours’, sharing the joy of reading, love of books and connecting with students at local schools, by gifting pre-loved books. 

We will be requesting book donations to assist in facilitating this initiative early next year. If you have any preloved books that are in great condition, or near new books, unnamed, and age appropriate for junior school students and would like to find them a new home, please send them into the front office or library to be used as part of this program. Thank you for your ongoing support!

Congratulations to the following 120 students who completed the Premier’s Reading Challenge in 2025. Certificates will be presented when they become available to us.
