Fern House

Hello, my name is Manizha. I am the SRC representative for Year 12 in Fern House. I’m really happy to be part of the SRC team this year, and I’m looking forward to being an  SRC because I want to  make a positive change for Fern house. I enjoy working with my House to make things better and more fun for the students in Fern house. 

So far this term, we have had some great events. One of the biggest one was the ANZAC assembly. The ANZAC assembly was a meaningful time for the school to come together and reflect on Australia’s war history. We were honoured to have special guests including the treasurer of the Dandenong RSL, Gabrielle Williams MP, and Greta Jungwirth the president of the ex-student association joins us for this important occasion. 

We haven’t started our social service/fundraising work yet, though we have talked about what charity we want to support this year and starting the social service/fundraising soon. 

Upcoming events include the Athletics Carnival. This is a fantastic chance for all students to challenge themselves and cheer on their friends. Whether you’re running, jumping, or just there for fun. It’s not just about winning; it’s about supporting your House and creating memories that will last.
