Chess Club

When Mr Kazatsky offered to assist the Avenues Chess team, he was unprepared for the amount of students who were not in Avenues, but just stopped by to play chess. And so a Chess Club has begun. Chess players and beginners are welcome to attend the lunchtime sessions. Chess boards and clocks will be set up in B1.

It has been a long time since Chelt.Sec had a Chess Club.  A small group of senior students from Chess Club will be attending the Secondary Chess Zonal Tournament, later this month. We look forward to hearing about their results.
