🏐 Girls Netball

Multiple Wins

It was a fantastic day of netball at the School Sport Victoria Upper Hume Carnival, with 38 girls representing the school across four teams.

All teams recorded multiple wins throughout the day. The Seniors led the way with a strong 3–2 record, while the Intermediates finished 2–3. Both the Year 7 and Year 8 teams also claimed two wins each and were involved in several close contests, including one-goal losses to Cathedral College.

Strong performances came from Year 12 students Stevie Driscoll, Pieper Gottschling, Ellie Meggs, Jada Ryan and Bethany Tanner in the Senior team, while Taylah Wyatt, Polly Oats and Remi Thewlis led the way for the Intermediates. Year 8 representatives Macy Boschetti, Evie Fisher and Ava Penney were impressive throughout the day, while Emma Kelly and Peyton Robinson stood out for the Year 7 team.

A huge thank you to our coaches Cindy Chalmers, Rheanna Lang, Kaye O’Kane and Ricki Ryan, our umpires Tilly Gibson, Matilda Snowdon and Leah Anderson, as well as our opponents, organisers and Kev McGennan for his photography. Thank you also to all players for their commitment throughout the trials, training and carnival.
