A BIG BIG THANK YOU
Our Kimberley Immersion group is so appreciative of our wonderful school community who have contributed so generously to our Immersion. Due to this incredible effort, we have packed 76 boxes for Broome, Halls Creek, Warmun, Kununurra, and several remote communities. This truly is an outstanding achievement.
We were also fortunate to receive very significant donations from the following:
St Pius X School, Manning – iPads, toys, and clothing
St Joseph’s School – hygiene items and underwear
Kevin Presenza (Directions) – $500 worth of hygiene products
Aside Sports, Malaga – over 250 pairs of brand new footy boots and shoes
Operation Sunshine – a wonderful selection of toys
Our Immersion families – who collected from their own communities
I am beyond grateful and proud of our amazing packers from both St Norbert’s and St Joseph’s who came together on Wednesday afternoon. Around 40 people assisted us, and it was so inspiring to see everyone so invested in helping others and going above and beyond to ensure every box and bag was packed with care and efficiency. I still can’t quite believe what we have achieved together.
This year we are sending three times the amount of donations to the Kimberley compared to previous years — my heart is full. ❤️
