Welcome Back

Welcome back to Term 4! As we head into a busy and exciting final term, we encourage everyone to continue checking SEQTA notifications and messages regularly for important updates. As we all know, Term 4 always has a lot happening, including arranging 2026 programs, student reports, student timetables, Headstart information, orientation days, various camps & excursions plus much more. Staying informed will help ensure a smooth and successful end to the year for students, staff, and families alike.

Hats

With Term 4 comes warmer weather — and the return of our SunSmart policy. All students are reminded to bring and wear their school hats during recess and lunch to protect themselves from harmful UV rays. Students not wearing hats will be asked to move into shaded areas. Continued non-compliance will result in consequences, so please ensure hats are brought to school daily. New hats can be purchased from the front office.

Year 12 Celebrations & Exams

Tuesday, 21st October, marks the final official school day for our Year 12 students. The examination period begins the following week, with English scheduled for Tuesday, 28th October.

We wish our Year 12s every success in their exams and congratulate them on their commitment and achievements throughout the year. We also extend our congratulations to those students not sitting exams as they transition into the workforce, apprenticeships, or other pathway qualifications. The Careers Team will be available over the coming months to support students in navigating this next stage and exploring future opportunities.

As each Year 12 student finishes their final classes, we would like remind them that they need to submit a green notification of finishing school form to the Year 12 Office. Forms are also available from the Year 12 office.

We look forward to meeting up with our 2025 graduating students at Graduation on Monday 15th December at the Horsham Town Hall (Auditorium). More information re tickets will be available closer to the date, however it is a formal event for our students and each student will be allocated three tickets (this includes their own ticket).
