School Crossing Supervisors Needed in Our Community
Our local area is currently recruiting School Crossing Supervisors, offering a fantastic opportunity for community members who would like flexible work close to home while making a meaningful difference in student safety.
This role is ideal for parents, grandparents, retirees or anyone looking for part-time work that fits around their lifestyle. School Crossing Supervisors play an important role in helping students travel safely to and from school each day while supporting the wider community.
Positions are available across Greater Melbourne, with flexible hours and full training provided.

Energy and Water Bill Help – Free Community Session
With the cost of living continuing to rise, Hume City Council is offering a free drop-in session to support community members with their electricity, gas and water bills. Residents can bring their bills along to receive personalised advice, check if they are on the best energy deal, access concessions or payment plans, and get help applying for the $100 Power Saving Bonus for eligible concession card holders.
Wednesday 25 March | 10am–2pm (drop in anytime)📍 Newbury Child and Community Centre, 440 Grand Blvd, Craigieburn
Attendees are encouraged to bring a recent electricity bill, their concession card, identification, and bank details if applying for the bonus. Arabic, Punjabi and Hindi speakers will be available to assist, and everyone is welcome to attend.
